1. DASHBOARD → "My list" (2 min). This list is the boss. Follow-ups due, replies with no plan, deals waiting on you. Click a row, do the thing.
2. PIPELINE (5 min). Ball in your court anywhere? Act. Never let a reply sit 24 hours.
3. New outreach (20 min). Target: your daily numbers (20 requests + 15 reachouts is the default, change them in Settings) — the rings on the Dashboard fill from real logged actions, and when both are full you hit SEAL THE DAY and your streak grows. LEADS → Status filter: Untouched → work top down. Per lead: in ↗ opens LinkedIn → send request (CONN NOTE template copies with the name filled in) → hit the ✓ Request sent button. That's it — one click logs it, the row updates, the counter climbs.
4. Accepts (3 min). Status filter: Connection pending → check LinkedIn notifications → for each accept, hit ✓ They accepted, copy MSG 1, personalise one line, send, hit ✓ Msg 1 sent.
Status → Replied puts them on the PIPELINE board. From there the full funnel is:
Replied → Call booked → Meeting done → Proposal sent → Agreement sent → Won / Lost
Open any deal and you get the Deal panel: deal value ($), next step + date. After every meeting: add a note with what happened + when to send the doc, set the next step + date — My list will chase you. Deal value rolls up into the PIPELINE $ and WON $ tiles on the dashboard.
Meeting flow: before the call read the notes timeline (30 seconds, you sound prepared). After: note the outcome, move the card to Meeting done, set "send proposal" + date. Proposal out → card to Proposal sent, chase in 3 days. Agreement out → Agreement sent, value confirmed. Signed → Won.
After Won: hit MAKE CLIENT in the drawer. They move to the Clients page: retainer $/mo, status, and a check-in date that chases you in My list — agencies die of client neglect, not thin pipeline. MRR shows in the top bar and against your goal.

Every lead's drawer shows these as bullets, plus templates written for that segment.
Channel: LinkedIn. Emails are stored for later — the OS works LinkedIn first.
One-click flow: the blue Next-action button always knows the next step. Row buttons and drawer buttons do the same thing — use whichever. Click a lit drawer button again to clear it — clearing a Sent also erases its counted event, same as UNDO, so the rings always match what you actually did.
Keyboard: ⌘K command palette · / search · j/k move · Enter open · Esc close · g+d/l/p/f views
Focus mode: deals you one lead at a time — due follow-ups first, then untouched. O opens LinkedIn, C copies the right message, Enter logs it and advances. The fastest way to clear your daily requests.
LinkedIn safety: ~100 invites/week is the practical cap — 20/day × 5 days uses it fully, so take weekends off requests (follow-ups are fine). Withdraw requests older than 3 weeks before setting No response; free accounts only get ~10 personalised notes/month, so send most requests without a note.
Smart queue: once 30 requests are logged, Focus ranks your untouched leads by your own accept rates per segment and title (due items always come first). Every ranked card says why. Under 30 requests it serves leads in order and shows the countdown, so the ranking is earned before it speaks.
Claude: every lead drawer has a Claude section — paste what a prospect said and it drafts the reply in your voice, or paste their profile and it tailors the opener. The ⋯ menu has Claude coach: it reads your real ledger and tells you what to fix. Turn it on in Settings by pasting a Claude API key (stays in your browser, sent only to Anthropic), or it works automatically on deployments where the owner switched it on. It writes from your own templates and sticks to your real numbers.
Add, fix, remove: + ADD LEAD on the Leads page adds one person in seconds (met someone at an event, spotted them on LinkedIn). EDIT LEAD inside any drawer fixes details, moves them to another segment, or deletes them — deleting erases their logged events too, so the ledger stays honest, and UNDO brings everything back.
Data: autosaves on every action. BACKUP weekly (JSON). RESTORE moves machines. CSV for Google Sheets. On the live site your account keeps a synced copy; clearing browser data only clears the local one. BACKUP weekly regardless.
Rules: one person per company · Not interested = leave forever · never re-request declined · reply within 24h.
