The operating system for getting clients on LinkedIn.

It tells you what to do today, sends one lead at a time, chases every deal, and keeps numbers you can trust. Watch it work.

each number is a real action you logged. always know where you stand.

The problem

The hard part was never the selling. The hard part is showing up every single day.

You blast messages for three days. Nothing. You feel gross, you stop, and you go back to hoping referrals show up. Six weeks later the pipeline's empty and the panic blasting starts again. That cycle is why the pipeline never feels predictable. This is the machine that breaks it.

The system

One flow, cold stranger to monthly client.

Your leads
bring your own list, organised into segments
Daily reps
requests, reachouts, a post, one person at a time
Replies
whatever they said, the playbook hands you the answer
Deals
proposals age in front of you and get chased
Clients
wins become retainers, MRR, check-ins
Each stat is an action you actually logged. Fix a mistake and it updates everywhere. You always know exactly where you stand.
The daily loop

Thirty minutes. Five steps. Every day.

1Post on LinkedIn, one click logs it
2Clear what's due, replies first always
3Connection requests in Focus mode
4Reachouts, click the ring as you go
5Seal the day. Streak grows. Done.
What it kills

The four ways outbound quietly dies.

The 9am question

"What do I actually do now?" is answered before you ask. Due list first, then the reps. Zero decisions, just work.

The consistency collapse

Daily targets you choose, a streak, and a Focus mode that deals you one person at a time. Consistency stops being willpower.

The fumbled reply

Price question, "not now", ghosting. There's a written answer for each, one click to copy, at the exact moment it counts.

The quiet deal death

Day three it says chase. Day seven it says chase or close. Signatures get hunted, not hoped for.

Why it's useful

A CRM is a filing cabinet. This is the machine that runs your day.

You've tried a CRM. It became the place where leads go quiet. We built the opposite: the thing that gets them contacted, answered, chased and closed.

Every other CRM
Asks you to update it after the work
Believes any number you type into it
Built for sales teams with managers
Weeks of setup, pipelines to configure
Leaves you staring at a hard reply
Prices for teams, per seat
Outbound OS
Tells you the work: who, when, what to say
Counts only actions you actually logged
Built for one operator, thirty minutes a day
CSV in, the loop starts the same morning
Hands you the written answer, one click to copy
Free. One of the tools we use ourselves

You don't need more software. You need to know your next move and actually take it, every single day. That's the whole product.

The truth ledger

Real numbers. Obvious next moves.

The numbers here are real. Every stat comes from an action you logged, and undo removes it everywhere. When you trust your own numbers, the next move stops being a guess. You can see which segment accepts, which titles say yes, and where this month is really headed.

Numbers you can trust. Moves you can make.
Claude built in

It drafts in your voice. It coaches from your real numbers.

Reply drafts

Paste what a prospect actually said. Claude drafts the answer in your voice, learned from the templates you set, with the deal history in front of it.

Opener tailor

Paste their headline or a recent post. Get a connection note and a first message that references one real detail, so it reads like you actually looked.

The coach

Reads your real ledger: accept rates, pace, deals going cold, and tells you exactly what to fix this week. It tells you straight when a sample is too small to trust.

Bring your own Claude API key, takes 30 seconds and stays in your browser. Everything else runs without it.

This is one of the tools we built for ourselves at Ascent. We use it, and we made it public because every small B2B team fights the same fight, a slice of the daily grind, handled. Ascent itself is the bigger picture: outbound and GTM, done for you. If that's what you'd rather have, that's Ascent.

Jamil Ahmed

Founder, Ascent · B2B GTM & Outbound

Bloody good at turning meh businesses into hell yeah. I build outbound engines for B2B companies, the GTM, the pipeline, the messaging, the execution, running everywhere from the USA to the UK to the UAE to Australia, and across Europe.

Started two agencies, shipped an app solo that landed in the Microsoft for Startups program, now all in on Ascent. This OS is one of the tools we use day to day, a small piece of how Ascent works.

Questions

Straight answers.

Is it really free?

Yes. It's one of the tools we built for ourselves at Ascent. We use it every day, and we made it public. You bring your own leads. Optionally add your own Claude API key for the drafting and coaching features.

Do I need to create an account?

Yes, a free one, and it takes two minutes. Email and a password, or grab an emailed login link if you prefer. Your account keeps your pipeline saved and synced, so you can pick up on any machine.

Where does my lead list live?

In your browser for speed and saved to your account, with a one-click backup file on top. Import a list and you're working it seconds later, on any machine you log into.

Does it automate LinkedIn?

No, and that's deliberate. Automation gets accounts restricted. You send every message yourself on LinkedIn; the OS tells you who, when and what to say, then logs it in one click. The default targets sit inside LinkedIn's practical limits, about 100 invites a week.

What makes it different from a normal CRM?

The truth ledger: every stat is a logged action, undo erases it everywhere, nothing double counts. Plus a daily loop with rings and a streak that makes consistency automatic, and Claude that writes in your voice, from the templates you set.
